A.  Yes, you may choose Purchase Order as your payment method during the check out process and enter the PO number. However, we do ask that you email the actual PO to [email protected]

Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. In-stock items are scheduled to ship from our facility within 2-4 business days.   Please contact us with any special delivery requests.

Q. How do I know I placed my order successfully?

A. We will ship as soon as possible, normally within 1-2 weeks after receiving the initial order.

Q. What are shipping charges?
A. $4.99 or less = $3.50
$5.00 - $25.00 = $7.50
$25.01 - $60.00 = $9.95
$60.01 - $100.00 = $11.50
$100.01 - $149.99 = $14.95
$150.00 & above = 10% of subtotal.
Within the Continental USA we ship US Mail and UPS Ground.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Canadian orders incur double shipping charges and in most cases are shipped US Mail.

Q. What is your return policy

A.  If you're unhappy with your order because the product is defective contact our Customer Care Representative and we will redo the order, find a new item or issue a refund.  

Contact Customer Service at 847-963-8100 prior to shipping for an authorization number.  Please notify us within 10 business days of receipt for any issues.  Customers will receive their credit or refund after the order is returned.
