Q. How soon will I get my pin?
A. Your pin will be delivered to school prior to the pinning ceremony.

Q. How do I know I placed my order successfully?
A. You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order and the total. If you have not received an email confirmation, your order was probably not submitted. You may contact The Nursing Pin People at Jim Coleman, Ltd. to inquire: 866-963-8100, or email: [email protected] 

Q. Can I get a paid receipt with my order?
A. Yes, you will be emailed a receipt. If you do not receive it, contact The Nursing Pin People at Jim Coleman, Ltd. for a faxed copy: phone 866-963-8100 or email: [email protected]

Q. Do I need to sign in and have a password to place an order?
A. No. There is no need to sign in or create a password. You may browse the website freely and place and order, without a password.

Q. Can my pin be shipped to my home address?
A. Students attending the pinning ceremony must have pins shipped to Saint Joseph's College.  Students not attending the pinning ceremony may add shipping in addition to the pin selection to have the pin shipped to their home address.  There is a shipping and handling fee for orders shipping to home addresses.  All orders for your school will be processed and go into production together once the order deadline date arrives.  It takes approximately 5-6 weeks to create the pins.
